ABOUT
Country singer Megan Wilder grew up on mainstream pop music and the few country radio stations the San Francisco Bay Area had to offer. But that wouldn't stop her from developing a deep love for country music and ultimately creating an unforgettable sound.
The California native credits a strong line of female country artists such as Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwood, Martina McBride, and Maren Morris melded with a diverse mix of pop influences such as Kelly Clarkson, Julia Michaels, and Lennon Stella.
Her rich, clear, and timeless classic country tone mixed with her powerhouse vocals and California pop roots have taken her everywhere from dive bars to headlining the historic Hotel Utah in San Francisco to enjoying a successful run on season 13 of NBC’s “The Voice” (formerly Megan Rose).
As she approaches four years in Nashville, Wilder is ready to show the world the person and artist she has grown to be. With plans to release “some of the most honest songs I’ve ever written” in 2023, Wilder continues to win over the hearts of new fans with her bubbly, candid, straightforward personality as she continues to pay her dues as the new girl on Music Row.
